Delivery Address

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the parcel has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Non-Delivery & Returns to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it once postage is repaid.
Refunds (where applicable) will exclude the original shipping cost if the item was undeliverable through customer error.
